Palm Z22

The Palm® Z22 handheld keeps your planner, journal, sticky notes, and calendar all in one little place. Featuring a bright colour display, it gives you easy access to your calendar, contacts and photos. You can make changes and add new records by writing on the screen. All your information is stored in the handheld’s non-volatile memory. When you get home, just press a button to copy the information to your PC or Mac for safekeeping. Get all this in a cool and compact design you’ll love.

Onscreen keyboard and stylus
Open the onscreen keyboard and tap the letters and numbers you want to enter with the stylus. Or write directly on the screen using the stylus.



Beam
Receive information from (and beam information to) other Palm® handhelds with an infrared port. It sounds sci-fi, but it’s really easy.

Sync
Enter info into your computer and transfer it to your organiser with a tap.1 Any data you’ve entered in your organiser is also transferred to your computer, so you have a back-up copy.

Contacts


Take names and addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and birthdays with you wherever you go. Even add photos of your friends and loved ones to their contact information.

Calendar


See your day at a glance. Create categories and assign each category a colour—like green for family and blue for work—to quickly spot different types of events. Enter repeating events just once. Remind yourself of appointments with an alarm.

Tasks

Now your to-do list can travel with you. No more paper snippets or lost sticky notes that don’t stick. Sort tasks by categories like business or personal. Prioritise them, create deadlines, and check them off as they get done.

Memos and Note Pad
Use memos to store important info—from meeting notes to recipes. Use the note pad to jot a note or make a quick sketch on the screen. Even set alarms for your notes to use them as reminders.

Microsoft® Outlook®
If you’ve already entered all your contacts and appointments in Outlook® on your Windows computer, you can easily sync all this info to your organiser.1

Being organised is great, but the Palm® Z22 handheld also comes in handy for lots of other things throughout a busy day—for shopping, for filling some spare time at the doctor's office, or for just taking a quick and much deserved break.

Synchronizes to her Outlook® calendar (sold separately) to see both her office and home schedules for the day.

Slides her Palm Z22 organiser into a protective case (sold separately) on her way out the door.

At the store, consults the grocery list on her Palm Z22 handheld to see what she needs to buy for the week.

6:45 p.m. Addit™ shopping service
Previews a diet application (sold separately) that tracks calories and provides low-carb recipes.

7:00 p.m. Tasks
Lists her tasks for tomorrow including carpool pickup, drycleaning dropoff, proposal for business lunch, and buying tickets for the opera.
